4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

6. Payment Terms

Fees for services are specified in individual project proposals and agreements. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

Refund policies vary by service type and are specified in individual agreements. Generally, fees for work completed are non-refundable, though we work with clients to address concerns about service quality.

7. Confidentiality

We recognize that clients may share confidential information during engagements. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols and will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver services (such as to subcontractors under appropriate confidentiality agreements).

AI implementation success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including organizational readiness, resource allocation, and external market conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate engagements if we determine that continuing would violate our professional standards or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If negotiations are unsuccessful, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Malaysian courts.

13. Changes to Terms
